individuals who have applications before:

The Social Security Appeals Tribunal;

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal; and

The Federal Court of Australia.

The Welfare Rights Service assists people with the
following matters:

Complaints to the Commonwealth Ombudsman;

Complaints to the Privacy Commissioner; and

Freedom of Information applications.

Welfare Rights Service offers face to face services to individuals and
families in Townsville and Thuringowa. Telephone information and advice
is offered to people outside the Townsville local area.

Friday
