People should telephone first. Generally they will need to speak to an advocate prior to an appointment being made.
Services Provided: 
Information and advice regarding Social Security and other related rights and entitlements. Direct negotiation and advocacy on behalf of clients with Centrelink. Assistance to prepare and carry out appeals. Assistance and representation with appeals to Social Security Appeals Tribunal and Administrative Appeals Tribunal. The provision of information and education to the community (both other workers and community members in general).

South east metropolitan area and rural areas east of Albany highway extending to South Australian border
