Welfare Rights’ goal is to have the
Handbook Online available free for the community sector. At
this stage, it is available
free to people in community
and government organisations in Tasmania because the Tasmanian
Government has a bulk subscription for this purpose. It is also
available
free to
community organisations in Queensland because the Queensland
Council of Social Services has a bulk subscription. For
information on your state, click below.
Government in Tasmania have taken out a
bulk subscription.
The Independent Social Security Handbook ONLINE, with four quarterly
updates, is also available to individuals and
organisations on an annual subscription basis.

complete and send the
subscription form.
For subscribers to access the Independent Social Security Handbook
ONLINE, it will be necessary to register and create a user account.
