The Independent Social Security Handbook ONLINE, with four quarterly updates, is also available to individuals and organisations on an annual subscription basis.

To subscribe to the Independent Social Security Handbook ONLINE print, complete and send the subscription form.

For subscribers to access the Independent Social Security Handbook ONLINE, it will be necessary to register and create a user account.

The Welfare Rights Centre wants to provide as much community access as possible to the Handbook online.  The Centre employs a researcher/handbook writer specifically to update the ONLINE Handbook.  In order to fund that position the Centre approached and achieved funding from some State Governments.

However some State Government has either not provided any funding or has stopped provided funding. Unfortunately, after a number of years of providing a FREE service, the Centre can no longer afford to do so. 

In the event that we do receive funding from your State Government, the Welfare Rights Centre will resume providing a free service to your organisation.
